Résumé :	"The uses of land in El harouche city is a result of its urban growth of city, during two diffrent periods . So, in the frensh colonization it was an agriculture village, which is full of important preparations and elbows. In the independent period , and with the great growth of the population, El Harrouch town was influenced by the great economic and social changes in Algeria. In addition to that and behind bad land-surveying, and hard application of prepartion of urbanism, a great urbain field was poor of two factors. All these was result an obstruct to the growth of the city. But, the chances of the city to reorganize and manage the uses of land is not yet disppeared, there was the program of our study to the operations of preparations in the reason of making their equilibrity and dinamic ."
