Résumé :	Despite all this , it is not too late, but there must be solidarity and international cooperation, and be incumbent on the United Nation and international organizations . organization to coordinate efforts among them, and the states to enact laws strict environmental legislation and fill the legal vacuum in the field of environmental protection, and the introduction of environmental education in all levels of education from primary to secondary to university, and to the media in mobilizing its powerful ways of environmental awareness, the aim is that man greets a stable and secure life free of hazards and diseases and far from all manifestations of fear and anxiety to achieve the desired beyond our hopes.
