The modern Algerian poem has seen, through its various stages, major fundamental changes that included structure and its composition and formulation method, and the function of poetry. Each successive generation poetic tried to help consolidate the concepts, and new artistic values translate their visions and experiences, and attitudes in the midst of social interactions, political, cultural, known in the nation. The poetic movement in Algeria was characterized at the time of the nineties (compared to previous periods) of great extension, in terms of number of poets, and in terms of the abundance of poetic creative production and development, and it is the expansion that has not accompanied by education and critical research of equivalent size. Comes this research, therefore, to try to control the systems of language and content in contemporary Algerian poetry in this period. Considering that the poem as a system and structure, is parts and integrated and nterdependent components that binds between the poetic rhythms; the poetic image; language and all its components; to form semantic fields express the concerns of the poet, and his interests. For that, the research tries to stop on the way used by the Algerian poets to express their poetic needs:

What poetic Systems arranged the Algerian poem in the nineties (1990- 2000)? Moreover, what are the contents of which formed the Algerian poem in the same period?
This problem relates to other issues, including:
