Improving living conditions of the inhabitants of the Aures been ongoing efforts of state in order to reduce the gaps between the different regions of the country and to establish a balance, housing and equipment are the main tools used to maintain the population and develop their areas, but efforts are employees vein due to noncompliance with local specificities that is natural, urban, cultural and social and have an influence on the urbanization of the rural areas.
First, we have reviewed all the elements and natural conditions, history, political, economic and demographic that influenced and participates in urban development in the study area (Oued Abdi Oued Labiod -Aurès).
Second, and following a field study based on a comparison between the different centers of learning and using the data obtained by questionnaires, observations and investigation were achieving with locals and different services assigns a relationship with space, we have put in evidence the transformations experienced by the area and who Successful urbanization of Auréssien territory, we
also website spatial and social implications, and makes the point on its mechanisms and various players operating in these sensitive mountain areas, then we tried to outline the advantages and disadvantages of such a phenomenon, and establish the different barriers to the development of these regions.
In conclusion we showed the main alternatives to which we can use to develop the mountainous areas, and emphasize the importance of taking necessary measures in different areas and in particular those of tourism and agriculture to achieve sustainable mountain development sustainable mountainous area .
