The housing crisis is not only underdeveloped countries; it is also different aspects of concern of the governments of industrialized countries.
Governments, local governments and the private sector are expected to implement strategies to solve this problem.
Our major concern was to focus on the experience of property development, however we have attempted to extend our investigation to capture the degree of satisfaction of needs of resident’s is-à-vise the new housing policy(five-year program 2005-2009), to solve the housing crisis that continues to grow it.
Property development is one of the aspects of housing production And improvement of policiesbati.si construction of housing is relatively old, the birth of binding activity was real estate development is rather recent (Law No. 86-07of 4 March1986 on property development).
Furthermore our study is to analyze and assess the current status of the new housing policy(2005-2009 five-year programs) through the case of the great urban area Annabi which reflects the image of large cities and explain causes of slow downing the housing promotional housing market.
This analysis will then identify the causes of the problem and propose recommendations based on a collaboration between the various actors involved in the operation of housing production(developers ,prime contractor, prime contractor, ..) ,to reduce the deficit in housing and provides good quality that meets the aspirations of the people according to their life style and vocation of space.
