Facing the modern medical practices, the human right to physical safety is one of the most important rights of both the individual and the society, in this regard, the human body has been, and is still, the main axis of this right, which is violated by sanctity.Accordingly, there is a need to shed light on the ethical and legal dimensions of these medical practices and their corresponding serious violations, this, in turn, may affect the sanctity of the human bodying result of creating a balance between the requirements of scientific progress and the human right to physical integrity, as this latter is required for the vital functions. |
