Résumé :	It is understood that the analysis of the genetic fingerprint of the individual can provide us with a lot of information and secrets , and to avoid touching or seeing them; some have confirmed that it is forbidden to break it unless the person concerned explicitly allows it , without obligation , as it constitutes a violation of the physical integrity and a violation of the private life , and also a violation of the presumption of innocence at the time of the pursuit . On the other hand , his establishment against his will is inevitable because the interest of society in the knowledge of the truth is greater than what can be the disadvantages . The obligation is not a leap from universal or constitutional principles , but serves procedural legitimacy and reinforces the legality of evidence , and as a result , leads to a balanced criminal policy .
