But the relationship is not so, it involves a lot of complexities and ambiguities. The natural language processing is a difficult and an incomprehensible expression/term because of the challenges that it poses. The automatic processing of language is primarily for the development, the creation and the formulation of machine translation, whether written or spoken, because translation is the only means by which nations can cope with the explosion of knowledge and information; no society or nation can live independently of this knowledge revolution in front of the hegemony of the English language in the world. The purpose of this research is to know the challenges posed by translation in this field and to what extent the computer succeeded in providing a translation equal to the human translation.
In fact, Automatic translation poses the problem of the universals of language and that of the principles and inherent parameters of internal functioning to each natural language. Two essential facts are to be noted here: the dynamics of the natural metalanguage and the dynamics of the enunciation context. the firsts expresses the abstract microphenomena of the natural language. It is the foundation of any use of language in context. The capture of this metalanguage makes it possible to explain the expressions or effects of meaning. The second is about the spatio-temporal parameters in which Any statement is produced. These parameters are modified at each instance, and this underlies the fact that the computation base of the computer model is constantly obsolete.
Therefore, the translation activity is a truly (socio-) cognitive activity that the machine will have a lot of troubles to integrate it totally. it is under the full domination of Man.

centuries, then we have stated the main methodological framework adopted for this thesis and seize on the main question of the research, and also bring out its objectives.
After introducing our theme, we have begun the first chapter which represents the theoretical part of our research, then we divided this chapter into two sections : The first section contains
a full description of faithfulness and analysis of its different levels In the second section, we mentioned different definitions of discourse in particular, political discourse in general and its
relationship with translation and linguistics, after that setting strategies to improve the translation of political discourse.
Following this logical sequence, we ended at the second chapter which is the practical part of our research, we tried to analyze and critisize the different translational choices operated by the translator on two levels : semantics and stylistics.
So, according to what precedes, the conclusion of this research includes a general assessment of the translation
operated by the translator, and different results obtained through this research.
Finally, despite the attempts of translator to be faithful to the meaning or to the letter, we mentioned some losses on both levels, this explains that translational choices remains relative.
All this lead us to recognize the difficulty of translating political discourse .characteristics that distinguish it from other discourses, the translation of political discourse has become as important as its effect.
From this point of view, we have chosen the theme of this research: Faithfulness in the translation of political discourse in order to study it analytically and critically, this research consists to study and analyze the various methods adopted by the translator in his translation of political discourse, and also translational choices used.
So, the problem is based on two axes which are the meaning and the form, in other words: Is the translator faithful to the meaning or the letter? This leads the research set on two levels:
semantics and stylistics. وتفسیرها كما أن اختلاف أوزان الأبنیة الصرفیة تجعل معانیها متباینة، لكن السیاق القرآني لا یجري دائما على نمط واحد في المطابقة الزمنیة بین الأفعال، أو في دلالة الفعل على زمنه الحقیقي، كما أن كثیرا من الصیغ المتغایرة واقعةً في مستوى تركیبي واحد. وأما المستوى التركیبي فیعُنى بدراسة العلاقات التركیبیة داخل الجمل، إذ إنَّ الروابط النحویة بین الجمل المتتالیة، لا تحقّق وحدها تماسك النص واتساقه، بل هي
في حاجة إلى الجوانب الدلالیة والتداولیة من أجل ذلك التماسك والاتساق. وأما المستوى المعجمي والدلالي فیدرس اشتقاق الألفاظ واستعمالاتها وشرحها وتفسیر معانیها، إذ إن في القرآن الكریم معجما ذا رصید ثري جدا، حتى قیل إنه تضمن ألفاظا غریبة عن العربیة، ونفاها بعضُ العلماء عنه، وفسروها من كلام العرب.

The reformist discourse is characterized by systemic and coherent unity at the levels of lingual analysis and most important the level of the voice which teaches human sound by describing its coming out and how it happens, the qualities that distinguish it and the laws that
governs it in the words or sentences. Most what distinguishes the Quranic discourse at this level is the regular pauses along the rhythm and harmony of melody and the consistency of the tone with the rhetorical purposes. The morphological level is concerned with the
study words formats (morphemes), the smallest meaningful units in the structure of the word that could contain one morpheme or more, and is composed of syllables. Morphology has a big role in clarifying the texts of the reformist discourse in the Quran and their interpretation. The differences between the morphological structures make their sense mixed, but the
Quranic context does not always follow one style in matching time between acts, or the signification of the act on its real time. Moreover, many of the heterogeneous formulas are in the same compositional structural level. The compositional level is concerned with the study the structural relationships within sentences. Alone, the grammatical links between consecutive sentences do not achieve text cohesion and consistency, but they are in need of semantic and communicative aspects for this coherence and consistency. The lexical and the semantic levels are concerned with studying the derivation of words, their uses, explanation and the interpretation of their meanings.
