Man has always aimed at communicating with his fellows in order to transmit and receive different messages. This natural need became more and more important with the expansion of the human race and the flourishing of knowledge in different fields all over the world, which needed to be shared between people to get them closer together.
Translation is the best tool ever known that fulfilled Men’s wish to shorten distances between nations and cultures and to be in touch with all what happens in the farthest regions. No one can deny the essential role it played in helping people overpass ethnical and cultural differences by gathering them around one common thing: the human thought.
Literature is one of the aspects that reflect the way of living, the culture and the ideological thoughts of a given nation. It became thus necessary to focus on this domain that depicts the best the identity of peoples, but also gives a glimpse of their ways of expression.
