The multiplicity of categories of the modern and traditional immobiliere propriety in its turn produces other variations in function of measures and recommendations. In this sense, it exist three (3) principle types of property 1- National property system: This is a system of development and distinction, another to be in rhythm with the evolutions and transformations in the politic and economic systems and in relation with all activities and all laws which have to be included by a unified law. 2- The property – system (WAKF). It is a social system based on the Islamic law (charia) established by an individual will. Aims at achieving a religious goal by economic and social dimension. 3- Private proprieties system. In includes three (3) types of property: Individual Property, undivided property and joint ownership property, its Principe is to benefit and to acquire from the real estate and from the real estate’s rights and use them according to their nature and objective. It is governed by the civic law and the relating laws.
