The State opted since the 1970s for the choice of the creation of the lots in the suburbs, to answer partially this increasing demand(request) of accommodation(housing), because of the inadequacy enter the supply and demand. However, houses set up within the framework of this politics(policy) of the lots accuse inadequacies bound(connected) to the conformity
