These estivants have found an alternative for this recorded deficit it is ""the rental phenomenon in the inhabitant"", which has experienced a great trend over the past decade; This phenomenon represents a form of urban change which is linked to the tourist activity of the region.. The development of sustainable tourism must be ensured by raising awareness of the importance of tourism in economic and social development and by creating a tourism culture However, it is necessary to raise awareness of the importance of tourism in economic and social development, preserving the natural and ecological heritage and temporal spatial integration by creating different types of tourism according to the tourist potential of the region As it is necessary to involve all the actors of the sector because it is a necessity for the success of the process because the tourist activity is a moral and material interaction between all the sectors and individuals.
