The studies of some aspects of this process at Algeria in general and at the mountainous region of Kabylie in the case of Beni-Ourtilane in special it let us on the one hand to seize the effects of some factors of change like the colonization, immigration and the policies of rural development after independence. On the other hand, theses studies which have permitted us to have a global vision about the actual tendency and its actors. In order to imagine the future rural settlement without negatives in its different levels like housing, village and territory we have to understand in deep the transformation of these spaces and even the coordination of different efforts which have made in its contribution.
