| Résumé : |
The theme of the search for international monitoring and sanction of violations of international humanitarian law has a definition of international humanitarian law, to distinguish it from other branches of international law, its origins, its sources, its principles and its branches ,then , the illustration of the types of international crimes and violations used to determine its components and conditions in order to distinguish between them and other crimes in general which are war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide. Showing the position of the international criminal as a mechanism for monitoring and sanction of violations of international humanitarian law to commit these crimes by their systems and courts to show its role in activating the rules of international humanitarian law and control , interpret and expand the definition of international crimes trained for violations and its effectiveness in deterring and repressed by the progress monitoring of the accused and punish one criminal who committed international responsibility has been proven, starting with the two provisional international military tribunals of Nuremberg and Tokyo, passing through the two provisional international criminal tribunals and the exYugoslavia and Rwanda arriving at permanent international criminal court.
