The tourist property is considered as one of the types of property for investment, and the Algerian legislator has tried to provide him with a legal system that provides him with protection on the one hand and achieves economic efficiency on the other. The areas of tourism expansion, tourist sites and protected areas are among the components of his real estate portfolio where he is managed and prepared by the National Agency for Tourism Development After acquiring it either through friendly acquisition or through preemption and expropriation, and the tourist sites are categorized as tourist attractions under legal provision The concession contract is the only legal formula for the exploitation of the tourist property after the cancellation of the contract of assignment under Order 08-04, and then it is granted in the form of consensual compensation.
