"The treating of the study concerning the means which adjust international relations requires that the researcher should make many turnings off either on the historic level or on the scientific one.
In spite of that the topic we’ve chosen requires the achievement if many bindings, we’ve tried to deal with it in two chapters supposing that we’ll succeed to delimit it.
Therefore, we’ve tried in the first chapter to accentuate the importance of the foreign representation in the domain of international relations organization trough the exposition in the first place of the diplomatic representation and its historic evolution. We have also demonstrated the mode of diplomatic representation exchange by making a meticulous research in the system of immunities and diplomatic privileges. Then, we’ve tackled the consular representation by following the same steps on which we based ourselves to study the diplomatic representation in order to deal with it deeply.
As for the second chapter, we devoted it to international treaties that the researchers used to search as being an essential source of the international law. Nevertheless, during our research, we turned our attention to this topic trough an other viewpoint consisting of being among the means which organize diplomatic relations. So, we dealed with the mode to conclude them, their formal and objective conditions. In the end, we demonstrated the field of their application in temporal and spatial viewpoint, their effects and the mode to modify them and to achieve them.
We finished our research with a conclusion concerning its content by including some results and recommendations to which we ended up trough our research hoping that we fully succeeded to delimit. In case of our success, it twill be with the help of Allah, but if we fail, it will be due to Satan or ourselves, may Allah brings us help.
