| Résumé : |
The Constantine city daily has known a greater mobility of people and
vehicles in consequence of several factors, including heterogeneous
distribution of population density, the concentration of most amenities
in downtown create a lot of traffic in roads and increasing demand on
means of transport especially collective transport which has problems
because of its failure to satisfy all the requirements of the increasing
mobility.
Among others, these problems have a role in the apparition of modern
means of transport represented by the cable car line and the tram line.
These resources have a large capacity and makes navigation in
downtown, Ibn Badis University Hospital and various equipment in
comfort, safety and less time. Which reflected on the transportation
system, urban side, social, commercial and environmental aspects of
the city, but these means does not eliminate permanently
transportation problems, but also helped to alleviate in some places.
To better manage these issues, a set of proposals and alternatives were
made, such as the expansion of existing lines and create new modern
transmission lines for covering the city, with the encouragement of the
urban population for a rational uses of these new means and respect
the transport and traffic law, this in order to develop the urban
transport system and make an equilibrate system and durable for the
comfortable of the city population.
