the fundamental source of funding and reinforcement of the national
economy.
Consequently, and in order to preserve it, it is crucial to submit the
banking institution to an efficient judicial and regulatory regime. The
major objective of this regime would be to determine the ways and
means which enable a number of banks to continue and activate
effectively in their field.
In this perspective, it is vital to exert a rigorous inspection over banks
to preserve them from the numerous and diverse risks that threaten them
on a daily basis; and which represent a menace not only to their
existence, but a major peril to the stability and reliability of the entire
banking system and which in turn would affect the political and economic
aspects negatively.
