During the last 15 years Algeria has known a desinsdustrialisation which touched the public sector. It was the result of the diminution of production and productivity. the whole is accompanied with the augmentation of the level of jobless. Nowadays, another positive modern industrial dynamic is emerging which contributes to the one hand and to the openness of new perspectives on the other hand. In this work, we approved the topic of emerging industries in the”wilaya of Constantine», reality and perspectives, this work is structured on three parts. In the first, organized in three chapters We treat; industry and emerging industries with general notions of industry, emerging industries and amenagement with historic and territorial diagnostic, the second part intitled”the current situation of emerging industries in the wilaya of Constantine «an immentory established in public and private enterprise( repatition, volume,production).We treat mechanic and alimentaire and we retain ”l’entreprise national des travaux public «as a model situated in the district of Ain smara and”SAFILAIT”of milk dairy products also at the same district. We illustrate this thematic with some examples of some emerging industries in Algeria and PME enterprises. The third part «emerging industrial perspectives and taken from other lesson countries” experiences. they treat some realities and perspectives and in addition to the relation between emerging industries and the durable development. This work shows the existence of urbain hierarchy in the”wilaya of Constantine” |
