The social houses owned by the office of property development and managementare presently named public rental houses according to the executive decree No. 08-142 dated May 11th 2008 bearing rules of granting the public rental house. Thus, these public rental houses are different from social participative houses and those sold by rent.
Since the renting of public rental houses is intended to poorer and lowincome social classes, this type of houses gives rise to the following question:
whether the conclusion of its contract or the settlement of its effects is submitted to the will of the parties, oriented by compulsory rules that cannot be violated.
The solving of this question requiresto indicate the identity of the parties of the contract of Public House renting, conditions of use of the public rental house, effects of the renting contract of public rental houses and the reason of the end of its enforcement.
