Currently, all organizations realize that knowledge and know-how are valuable assets that must be sustained. Scientific research in this field has demonstrated that knowledge contributes to the improvement of the quality of the organization by putting in place knowledge management tools and devices that ensure organizational learning. These schemes also explore ways to improve the decision-making process through capitalization and enhancement of tacit knowledge. Now, the Algerian Railway SNTF (National Railway Transport Company), which has more than 150 years of existence, is concerned, like all companies in need to manage and optimize this knowledge capital through pilotage strategic. What we seek to promote through this research is to contribute to proposing solutions to integrate our country in the knowledge economy.
