the process of purification of private real estate real estate property registry land real estate investigation processus de purification des biens immobiliers privés la propriété fonçaire registre foncier enquete foncierIndex. décimale : 340 القانون Résumé : We have tried through this study to answer a set of legal questions that have always attracted our attention and controlled our thinking, after examining this topic, we find that crisis is not a real estate crisis as everyone thinks, but it comes in the slowness of the process of purification of private real estate. And as the best way for purification is to establish a registration system in kind based on surveying which is of great importance in the settlement of the legal status of
property, however the exact procedures required and the time required to do so circulating makes graduation in its application an urgent necessity, which prompted the legislator to develop other mechanisms to purify the property in the areas under the personal registration system, as a result the law allowed the possession of undiscovered land by hand in order to make each property a legal
instrument that would justify such an acquisition through a set of legal mechanisms namely the limitation of earnings, the possession of goodwill, the certificate of possession and the investigation process these mechanisms have not achieved the objectives for which they were in place and there remains the question of the purification of private property awaiting the final solution.
