These last decades, the education (teaching) of the French language in Algeria, knows a real situation of blocking, so much in the oral which has the paper, the learners seem incapable to reinvest the reflections and the knowledge acquired for the elaboration of personal productions, because the education (teaching) of the FLE in Algeria was counterparts for a long time based on an accumulation of the linguistic knowledge so turning the back, in the cultural component. In such situations, he(it) is commendable to go towards methodologies of education(teaching) and learning(apprenticeship) which impose an intercultural approach which should allow the learners, the future potential users of the language(tongue), to be capable of communicating in a satisfactory way with individuals of whom the social membership and This work tries to highlight the education(teaching) of the culture of the target language in three textbooks(manual workers) of French of the secondary landing, indeed, we questioned all the activities which present three textbooks(manual workers); the texts of the reading understanding as well as their questionnaires, the iconic supports(media), the oral expressions / written and the activities of certificative evaluation, with the aim of questioning the piece of news(short story) re-forms and to see what it brings again concerning the cultural dimension(size) which was taken lightly and which in summer, partially, the cause of the deficit noticed regarding French learning in Algeria.
