In order to improve our knowledge of the bioécologyy of Culicidae and the biotypology of larval biotopes in the North-East regions of Algeria (Batne, Khenchela, Oum El - Bouaghi, Tébessa, Guelma and Souk-Ahras) during 22 months (july 2009-April 2011) and from September 2014 to May 2015 in Tébessa, using the Dipping method for the sampling of Culicidae larvae, and using several statistical and biological analyses to exploit the results. We have inventoried 22 spieces of Culicidae of which the two species Cx. pipiens and Cst. longiareolata are the most represented. The study of the species Culicidae distribution according to the altitude and the biotopes type, reveals the existence of most species in low altitud and the marked preference by this fauna for the permanent and rural biotopes rich in vegetation. Without forgetting that the analysis of the impact of climatic factors on the larval density of Culicidae reveals that only the température of the environment influences the proliferation of culicidian species. The analysis of the relationship between the physicochemical parameters of the biotopes and the larval density of Culex pipiens species is related on one hand to the température of the water and on other hand to the anthropophilic action of the species.
