This thesis comes with the aim of exploring and expressing the relationship between OH&S management and sustainable development in the company. In other words, to express the contribution of OHS management in the achievement of sustainable development of companies. Where analytical and exploratory field studies have been carried out. This added value to the safety and sustainable development literature proves the importance of effective and participatory management of OHS risks in the improvement and sustainability of businesses. Where the company must take its social responsibility towards its human resources. Every business is a small community that must
work together to achieve its long-term goals in a healthy climate and where the human factor plays a key role. This can only be achieved through effective OH&S management strategies.
