The forensic medical expertise is one of the most important means of proving in penal courts, because of the continuous developments of its topics in various crimes of assault on people, labour accidents, professional diseases, honor crimes and identification. Its jurisdiction didn’t concern just dead persons, it also receives the victims and even accused, thus constituting a legal guarantee to establish the principles of fair trial for litigants, in order to find the real circumstances of the criminal acts and in order to show the mysterious truth to the competent judicial authorities, by the essential help of other technical experts from various sciences. The judges have the validity of taking or rejecting the expertise results in accordance with the principle of personal conviction of the judge.
