Asylum is a right for all humanity; the man always seeks to protect himself from any danger threatening his life by moving away from that danger. So there are many types of asylum differ according to the danger threatening the person seeking asylum. Therefore, it could be humanitarian in which a human flees from the danger of wars, international and internal conflicts, natural or human-made disasters. Political asylum is when someone loses the protection of his country of origin and becomes oppressed. Thus, he asks for asylum. There is also the regional and the religious asylum, while this thesis is focusing on the humanitarian asylum, which is considered as the focus Asylum at present due to the plenty of international and internal conflicts in the Middle East and North Africa region, which most countries of the world suffer from, and which The international community is trying to counter it through all the laws regulating it. And the specialized organizations represented by the United Nations High Commissioner from By providing protection and finding appropriate solutions for refugees. |
