Nowadays, governments, especially the academy gives great importance to the knowledge investigation and libraries are considered as the main place to get
a huge number of persons having higher cognition The university libraries contain lot of people(workers and employers) . Our project s concerned with the study of the investigation of people s knowledge in libraries and its role in developing the cognitive administration taking a real example of the centre library of MENTOURI in Constantine. First, we focused on the description of the library, we discussed the theoretical view of this university library it is based on the people s assessment more than the library contents ( book and documents). For people s assessment we have reserved a part of the study to discuss it in details after that there is a presentation of the real situation of the cognitive administration in the centre library of MENTOURI in Constantine, through the study on field, which rely on method descriptive, just as we adopt each of questionnaire, interview and observation such as instrument to assemble data, as for a sample of study it come into 29 persons concern with questionnaire and 03 persons concern with interview. we come to conclude that we have many things to say:
-Training courses seldom exist and if it s found it doesn t include all kinds of
employers.-So, we can say that creations and inventions don t exist in library. |
