The study the subject of economic enterprise library in Algeria, and its role to offer the knowledge management, for this reason, we focused on the national enterprise library of public works appliance in Constantine. The study deal with the definition of economic enterprise, its important option, the organized structure, and also the circumference. with denoting the nature of information that the economic enterprise need. besides how to take decision into.
The study also deal with the specialized library and the knowledge management in the economic enterprise. we focused too on studding a situation in the national enterprise library of public works appliances in Constantine, in which ,78 employees have been chosen, at the general direction, using the research methods consist of the investigation, and meeting as important elements to collect information.
Finally, we concluded many results such as:
1-The economic enterprise needs competitive information in addition to commercial and economic one. for the purpose of doing its activities.
2- Transporting knowledge in the economic enterprise depends on its organized structure.
3- Knowledge management exists in transformating the implicit knowledge to explicit one.
4-official of library participates in practicing the knowledge management by understanding the employee's needs.
5- He also participates to take decision in the enterprise by collecting,analyzing,and transmitting information to those who take decisions. |
