With the advancement of power electronics and digital technologies command, several control structures for the AC machines were proposed, in order get performance identical to those of the DC machine. Field oriented control (FOC) has been in recent years towards research largest and best suited to industrial requirements. However, this structure remains very sensitive to parameters variations of the machine and requires the establishment of a mechanical sensor. The present study deals with development of a control strategy for induction machines, Able of provide a high dynamic response of electromagnetic torque with robustness against parametric variations No sensor. A direct torque control strategy makes it possible to achieve these goals. Indeed by choosing the right inverter output vectors in a switching table, the stator flux and electromagnetic torque are controlled directly and independently. However, some disadvantages are also present such as, switching frequency is not controlled, the ripple in the torque and stator flux and effect of stator resistance variation in low and medium speed. The main goal of this thesis to introduce different strategies for Improvement of performance of the (DTC). The mostimportant one concerns the use of conventional energy sources which have a direct impact on increasing global warming. With a view of reducing the emission of greenhouse gases, sharing renewable energy and increasing our energy efficiency by transforming energy and introducing clean renewable energies that are not implemented in the field of energy, electricity production is no longer a matter of choice it becamean obligation for nation’s energy policy. In this context, to increase the durability and efficiency of the electric switching system of renewable energy on the one hand, and to improve the quality of energy supplied on the other, the purpose of the work presented in this thesis is primarily the implementation of high-performance nonlinear control law on asynchronous machine, secondly the improvement of process paths with disturbance rejection and finally ensuring stability and maintaining the disconnection between flow and torque despite changes in machine parameters. The simulation resultsobtained for motor operation show that the nonlinear and sliding mode control have best dynamic performance compared to those obtained through the application ofother control techniques. The best dynamic performances of the sliding mode control wereconfirmed by the implementation of this technique intocontrol scheme of the active and reactive power of doubly fed induction generator driven by wind turbine.The simulation results confirmthe exact decoupling and good trajectory tracking of the active and reactive power.

Rising fuel prices around the world and the impact of greenhouse gas emissions coming from fossil resources on the environment provide more for the use of renewable energy resources in power grids. The concept of the hybrid system is the most favorable in order to integrate clean sources into a conventional distribution network. This hybrid system can operate as a connected or disconnected from the grid to supply rural areas with electrical energy. It can include distributed energy resources as well as energy storage systems and loads. The integration of renewable energies in a microgrid in isolated operation can cause considerable impacts on electrical values such as voltage and frequency. This is why in this thesis, an optimal sizing and control strategies of a microgrid comprising photovoltaic productions, a wind generator and battery energy storage systems are proposed. First, an optimization technique based on a case study by HOMER Pro software is used to find the optimal sizing of a microgrid. Second, an intelligent control strategy based on fuzzy logic is applied to regulate the voltage and frequency of an island microgrid using a single inverter. And finally, an energy management method based on droop control is proposed for multiple inverter operation. The simulation results obtained show the precision and efficiency of the proposed solutions.
