There is a balance in the metabolism of Hcy at physiological conditions.
At high level, the hyperhomocysteinemia (HHcy), considered as an independent risk factor in atherosclerosis, which can cause cellular and molecular alterations.
In the present study, we have measured thiol amino acid (homocysteine), lipidic statut (total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides), and activity of transaminases (GOT, GPT) in mice administered with (400mg/kg) of L-methionine during 21 days. Following oral administration of L-methionine in high dose, its degradation product Hcy which is markedly
elevated in plasma and exerts an angiotoxic action directed to the iliac aorta and the other organs (liver, heart and kidneys). This is showed degradation and desquamation of endothelial cells also formation of foam cells in the media part with oval nuclei in mediocytes.
However, the aortic intima of the groups of mice that had been fed with L-methionine plus S.
mialhesi extract (500mg/kg) and also with vitamins B9 and B12 (0,7mg/kg and 0,75μg/kg), respectively showed intact endothelium and spindle-shaped mediocytes nuclei. Nevertheless, oval-shaped mediocytes nuclei and a few foam cells were observed. In the histological sections of the cardiac muscle, liver and kidneys no lysis was observed.
The vitamins B9 and B12 serve as cofactors in the metabolism of L-methionine. So, the vitamins therapy and the extract of S. mialhesi in mice have reduced Hcy, total cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL however, the concentration of HDL was increased.
The extract of medicinal plant S. mialhesi used in this study has antioxidant effect as the vitamins B9 and B12 in mice.

Therefore, when building infrastructure, manufacturers are enormous difficulties, especially in some regions, including the CONDE-Smendou. In this region spend three of the most important infrastructures of Algeria, RN3, the railway line connecting Constantine Skikda and recently the East-West highway. This is the area where companies have struggled to develop some sections of the East-West highway, and this
because of the poor quality of materials "rock", but also because of the misinterpretation of investigations made by consulting firms.
We are mainly interested in this study the formation of the rocks of this region. In this context and varied geological and geomorphological complex, characterized by high tectonic activity and active seismic activity, we examined the morphological consequences of tectonic and erosion processes.
The main areas that we have discussed in this magister memory are the dismemberment and evolution of structural relief terrain and tectonic movements, analysis of regional structural morphological markers, active tectonics and seismic activity, then the study and characterization of the quality of the materials present.
The tools and techniques used in the context of this work include imaging and geomatics as well as litho stratigraphic correlation. Furthermore, X-ray analyzes on a series of samples allowed us to have a better characterization of materials and rocks making up this region.
After analyzing our different results, we were able to develop two morpho-structural maps (scale 1:
20,000). These cards made from the interpretation of aerial photographs, provide a wealth of information about the origin of morphological elements (scree cone droppings, landslides and solifluxion) and the origin of structural elements (fault scarps, dip and accidents). These maps reveal a rather complex fracture network that confirms the existence and the role played by some accident directions, their essential nature and the extent of their scopes. This data can help to update

Index. décimale : 540 Chimie et sciences connexes Résumé : This work is a contribution to the elimination of three pharmaceutical compounds from different therapeutic classes: carbamazepine (anti-epileptic), diclofenac (antiinflammatory) and venlafaxine (anti-depressor) by photochemical pathways in homogeneous and heterogeneous aqueous environment under simulated sunlight.
In this study, we investigated the degradation of diclofenac and venlafaxine in homogeneous medium in the presence of persulfate ion activated by ferrous iron and light.
The results have enabled us to deduce a very important efficiency of S2O82- /Fe2+/UV system
to degrade these molecules in aqueous media. The complete disappearance of venlafaxine is reachedafter 45 minutes of irradiation and for a molar ratio Fe2+/S2O82- equal to 1/16 and a death rate of 86% in the case of diclofenac for a ratio of 1/1 after 180 minutes of irradiation.
In heterogeneous phase, the disappearance of three molecules was performed in aqueous suspensions containing the single bismuth oxychloride and doped with silver chloride (BiOCl/AgCl) and bismuth molybdates (BiOCl/Bi2MoO6). The three types of BiOCl showed a very high adsorption efficiency in the case of diclofenac (about 4.17 mg adsorbed per g of BiOCl). However, the adsorption of the other two compounds revealed to be negligible. The results of the photocatalytic degradation have shown very clearly that
bismuth oxychlorides contribute greatly to the elimination of selected pharmaceutical
pollutants.
In the case of carbamazepine, the best rate of disappearance is obtained in the presence of BiOCl/AgCl, while venlafaxine degrades very quickly in the presence of BiOCl.
Identification of carbamazepine transformation products were used to determine the main routes of transformations such as hydroxylation reactions, epoxidation ring contraction and hydroxylation on the aromatic ring. For venlafaxine, formation of hydroxylated derivatives, desmethylvenlafaxine (ODV) and products resulting from the oxidation of a CH3 group of ether function were observed.

Planning and Development (MPUP) and Land Use Plan (LUP), which are a documentary and graphic
base allows identify actors, issues, positions. It notes first of all weaknesses and shortcomings in how
to develop the law and the instruments, while sustainable development. In this context, it is for us to
go further than simple desk study, we try to be more practical in regard to the concept of sustainable
development, it is from this reformulation that will be offered indicators to structure the steps of
planning instruments, and also measuring the contribution of the Algerian town of sustainability. in
particular we support to do this, an empirical approach to systemic / comprehensive perspective,
confronting discourses and facts, concepts and representations that underlie this.
For we implement this issue we decided to focus on a case study: the city of Bou-Saada, a tourist town
that has several known problems of degradation and various forms of pollution. This did choose as an

Retama monosperma (L.) (fabaceae) and Blackstonia grandiflora (Viv.) Maire
(Gentianaceae).
A phytochemical study of Blackstonia grandiflora aerial parts extracts lead to isolation
of new oxygenated xanthone named 1,8-dihydroxy-2,3,4- trimethoxyxanthone, as well as to
four known compounds namely methylswertianin; decussatin; halenaquinone and
gentiopicroside.
A detailed chemical investigation of the secondary metabolites from the extracts of
fruits of Retama monosperma lead to isolation of four known compounds namely
isorhamnetin; kaempferol; quercetin and genistein-8-C-glucoside. All compound structures
were determined by CPG-MS, 1 D and 2-D NMR techniques.
The compounds isolated from EtOAc extract of R. monosperma exhibited a great ability
to inhibit the formation of fluorescent AGEs in BSA/Ribose system, whereas the aerial parts
extracts from B. grandiflora showed a weak inhibitory ability against pentosidine-like AGE
formation. Those extracts displayed a moderate inhibitory potency against vesperlysine-like
AGE formation compared with the standard antiglycation agent aminoguanidine.
The study of anti bacterial activity of aerial parts extracts of B. grandiflora carried out

Retama monosperma (L.) (fabaceae) and Blackstonia grandiflora (Viv.) Maire
(Gentianaceae).
A phytochemical study of Blackstonia grandiflora aerial parts extracts lead to isolation
of new oxygenated xanthone named 1,8-dihydroxy-2,3,4- trimethoxyxanthone, as well as to
four known compounds namely methylswertianin; decussatin; halenaquinone and
gentiopicroside.
A detailed chemical investigation of the secondary metabolites from the extracts of
fruits of Retama monosperma lead to isolation of four known compounds namely
isorhamnetin; kaempferol; quercetin and genistein-8-C-glucoside. All compound structures
were determined by CPG-MS, 1 D and 2-D NMR techniques.
The compounds isolated from EtOAc extract of R. monosperma exhibited a great ability
to inhibit the formation of fluorescent AGEs in BSA/Ribose system, whereas the aerial parts
extracts from B. grandiflora showed a weak inhibitory ability against pentosidine-like AGE
formation. Those extracts displayed a moderate inhibitory potency against vesperlysine-like
AGE formation compared with the standard antiglycation agent aminoguanidine.
The study of anti bacterial activity of aerial parts extracts of B. grandiflora carried out
against two gram-negative bacteria (Escherichia coli ATCC 25922; Pseudomonas aeruginosa
ATCC 27853) and two gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213;
Bacillus sp.) using diffusion method. The results indicated a good inhibition of EtOAc extract
