Chanson musique intéraction verbale étudiants Tanzaniens didactique de l'arabe song Music verbal interaction Tanzanian learners Teaching arabic Language teaching Index. décimale : 810 أدب عربي Résumé : Song and music are highly evocative. In the language classroom, they provide variety, fun, elegance, warmth and serenity. Creating a joyful and relaxing setting, they entertain the learner , speak to his emotions, sensations, dreams, childhood remembrances, capture his imagination as Piaf captured her elegant and handsome ”Milord” , the “Jolie” fruit salad charmed Bourville or the lovely Helene hypnotized Aznavour who, to warm her, burnt home furniture except the bed !.
Fascinated and spellbound by the beauty and strength of this thrilling, tasty and amusing musical discourse, terribly inspiring, always changing and colorful, the learner feels an irresistible desire to whisper his emotions, to communicate, to interact with his classmates.
Precisely, this research attempts to explore these astonishing potentialities of song and music, and their role in stimulating verbal interaction in the beginning foreign Arabic classroom where, surprisingly, these two wonderful pedagogical tools remain until now ignored.
Our hypothesis suggests that if song and music are used creatively, they would stimulate classroom interaction. To test this hypothesis, we exploited a variety of Algerian, Maghrebin and oriental songs and pieces of music with two Tanzanian learner groups, through twenty two sessions.
The analysis of the recorded learners interactions, the two interviews conducted with the first group and the questionnaire handed to the second one, attested the powerful evocative and stimulating role of song and music.
The communication, learning and discourse strategies used by our learners showed their deep involvement during classroom interactions.
In the light of these findings showing the successful interactional role of song and music ,we can say that our hypothesis is confirmed.

In particular, composite structures with one or more attachments, such as different types of sensors, are often encountered in engineering applications. These attached masses affect the dynamic responses of the main structures. Therefore, the present thesis addresses the effect of attached mass on dynamic properties of composite laminate and sandwich plates, under flexural vibration, for clamped-free-free-free boundary conditions. Furthermore, factors influencing the effect of attached mass on the natural frequencies of laminate composite are studied using the Taguchi method. The considered factor parameters are: attached mass weight, attached mass locations from the clamped edge, staking sequences, and number of layers. In addition, the effects of the attached mass on the natural frequencies of sandwich plate according to several factors , these factors are the positions of the attached mass, the mechanical characteristics of the core, the ratios of thickness of core/ thickness the plate (hc / h), and the length / width ratios of the plate (a / b)). So, the study carried out is based on a model of calculation by the use of the finite element method. The results of this study indicate that the dynamic characteristics of the laminate composite and sandwich plates are sensitive to the attached mass, where the natural frequencies are found to be inversely proportional to the mass weight. The results were found that the locations of the attached mass are the most important factors affecting the natural frequencies of laminate plate, where the location of the masses fell into the antinodes area of vibration. Nutrition, Alimentation et Technologies Agro-AlimentairesTags : dromedary meat age tenderization pH drip loss proteolysis viande de dromadaire âge maturation exsudation protéolyse ??? ????? ????? ??? ??????? ???? ????? ????? ???? ?????????? Index. décimale : 640 Industrie Alimentaire Résumé : The aim of this study is to contribute to the determination of the age at slaughter effect’s on dromedary (Camelus dromedarius) meat caractestic during tenderization by the studying physico-chemical, biochemical and technological parameters.
Twelve Sahraoui’s population dromedaries reared on extensive system and destined to commercialization are used. Three groups of age are investigated 1-4, 6-8 and 10-19 years. The Longissimus lumborum muscle excised within the first hour post-slaughter is used to characterize its contractile fiber type by the myosine heavy chains isoform separation on SDS PAGE. The evolution of pH and water holding capacity of myofibrillar proteins are characterized. The proteolysis of myofibrillar proteins during tenderization is estimated by SDS PAGE. And actin fragments are revealed by western blot analysis.
Finally, the drip loss of the muscle during conservation at 5°C, is estimated.
The carcass yield is the highest with 68% for 6-8 years dromedaries. The Longissimus lumborum muscle is characterized by the presence of MyHC IIa, with no effect of age at slaughter. However, significant effect of age on pH drop is noted. In average, it falls from 6.68 to 5.71; with highest value for 1-4 years dromedaries. The rate
and the extent of pH fall are greater with increased age. One or two stability steps are observed. Water holding capacity of myofibrillar proteins increased with tenderization, with highest value observed for the youngest animals.
Important post mortem proteolysis is seen after 10h post-slaughter for 6-8 years animals. The actin is degraded since 1h post mortem and the fragments revealed are of about 36, 33 and 31 kDa. Small fragments of about 14 kDa are generated earlier with increased age, contrary to the 26 kDa fragments.
Drip loss of the muscle during conservation at 5°C is on average 7% during the 72h post mortem. The percentage of exudation is greater for the group of 10-19 years. Drip loss of the muscle generates financial losses for 10 kg of muscle varying between 300 to 600 DA.Diplôme : Magistère En ligne : ../theses/agronomie/SMI6448.pdf Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://bu.umc.edu.dz/md/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=9483 Etude de parametres physico-chimiques et biochimiques en cinetique au cours de la maturation de la viande de dromadaire [texte imprimé] / Hanane Smili, Auteur ; Abdelghani Boudjellal, Directeur de thèse ; Abdelatif Adamou, Directeur de thèse . - constantine (Route ain el bey, Algérie) : Université Constantine 1, 2014 . - 134 f. ; 30 cm.
