Biologie Résumé : This study examines the risk space of wildfires in the forest tracts of the province of El Tarf (North-East of Algeria). Wildfires have been a nation-wide concern for more than a decade now, and the various actions taken to prevent and suppress them did not result in a significant drop in their number or a decrease in the area of burnt land. Measures of punctual treatment of the visible symptoms of wildfires having reached their limits, this research aims at designing new forms of operational maps to be used for the management of forest lands in order to reduce the number and impact of wildfires. Earth observation satellite data associated with the different types of forest fire information, once integrated into a geographic information system, have proved to be a reliable option for monitoring emergencies, identifying areas at risk, and mapping the extent of the fires. The geographical database compiled in this work is an extremely useful tool for understanding and monitoring wildfires and will provide managers and decision takers with valid arguments to justify their decisions.

Biologie Résumé : The assessment of forest fires (1975-2013) established in the mountains of Eastern Algeria, shows that the cork oak remains the essence most affected compared to other species, with a burned area of 126,412.88 ha (48%). This region is highly affected by wildfires since recorded a cumulative 18,732 fires, degrading a total forest area of 635,471.55 hectares.
The causes attributed to the outbreak of fires are divers . But it seems that the climate factor
is the root cause of all disasters. The floristic forest also has a great influence on the development of fire. While 70% of registered claims originate from the human factor.
Analysis of the impact of forest fires shows that there is a strong negative correlation between the production of cork, the starting number of fires and the area burned.
Examining the evolution of the cork oak survival after passage of fire revealed as snuff into account in forest Collo observations stations, the rate of tree mortality is based on their age so démasclage bark cork.
On the other hand during the recovery of our parcels covered by the fires was addressing the themes of economic type and forest type and the choice of intervention was so as to seek the restoration of the tree layer using crop sizes performed immediately after the passage of the fire, with priority to the cork forests and future productions.

Under the influence of fire and high temperatures, the concrete elements can suffer drop mechanical performance, thermal and physical, they can also undergo thermal instability characterized by spalling and it can also manifest explosive behavior.
The purpose of this research is to make an experimentally data base on the mechanical and physical fire behavior of three types of concrete, ordinary concrete, self-compacting concrete and hemp fiber concrete, to compare the behavior of self-compacting concrete with that ordinary concrete and the effect of the addition of polypropylene and steel fibers on the behavior of them.
For this, 9 formulations were defined, for each type of concrete, three compositions are defined:
a composition without fiber, a composition containing polypropylene fibers with a dosage of 2 kg/m3, a composition containing steel fibers with a dosage of 40 kg/m3.
The different concretes were subjected to a real fire, the speed to increase of temperature is 67.3 °C/min, the total duration of exposure to fire is about 85 minutes.
