| Résumé : |
The present dissertation rotates around the partnership strategy, which was the
consequence of Globalization, as a tool of creating cooperation between institutions in
order to face the intensive competition. It is also considered as a necessity because of
the expansion in the volume of exchanges upon the international level and the need to
technological development. Therefore, organizers of our institutions were obliged to
resort to such kind of cooperation, especially after the adoptation of the market
economy and the efforts that are made to join the international commercial organization,
paralleling with the coming free exchange “Euro Algerian” by 2017.
We also dealt deeply with upgrading which were set by the Algerian Government to
decrease the discrepancies between our national economic institutions and the foreign
ones, to make them benefit more from the partnership opportunities that they are afford
with and to protect their markets and their existence in the national markets. Why not?
Invading the global markets with products that surpass the foreign ones in terms of
quality, capability and efficiency |
