Résumé :	The fluxes of information in the service maintenance are very numerous and their management asks for a very important time to manage them, especially if this management is manual. The automation of a process consists in replacing a traditional work method by one or several programs data processing. The GMAO (management of the maintenance attended by computer) is the tool that is going to permit to decrease the time of information treatment, and go therefore being indispensable in a well organized service. Work that we achieved to the level of the AMF unit consists to the conception and realization of a system of management of the maintenance attended by computer that automates the procedure of the card treatment for the repair of motors. We use this software to calculate the maintainability of autorail N° 5
