It deals with using language laboratory and information and communication technology in learning, and in particular using video recordings. In fact, learning language skills especially listening and speaking skills seems to be difficult. For this purpose, we hypothesize that if students make use of language laboratory and information and communication tools such as video recordings, they will overcome their own disabilities in spoken language. To check the validity of the hypothesis, a questionnaire and a video are given to third-year students at the Department of English in Mentouri University of Constantine.
