Résumé : |
During the past two decades, neutrino physics has taken a signiÖcant importance
in particle physics researches. The properties of these particles have been probed
by several experiments. In this work, we discuss the procedure implemented
and the measurements taken by KM3NeT and IceCube detectors. In the Örst
chapter, we develop the theoretical aspects of neutrino physics. We start with
the oscillation phenomenon in vacuum and through matter, then we consider the
generation of the mass term (Dirac/Majorana/ZKM). Afterwards, we discuss
the see-saw mechanism, the neutrino mass hierarchy and Önally the possible
existence of the sterile neutrinos. Moving to the second chapter, we introduce
the building of KM3NeT and IceCube detectors under sea water and Southern
pole ice, respectively. We explain their method of detection that consists of
selecting neutrino events and identifying background, then applying triggering
and reconstruction algorithms. Finally we highlight the major research domains
such the detection of double-bang tau events and sterile neutrinos as well as the
determination of the NMH. In the Önal chapter, we aim at investigating the
sensitivity to normal mass hierarchy with the ORCA detector. Consequently,
we explore matter e§ects on the oscillatory behavior and Önally we present the
expected data measurements of the oscillation parameters m2 23, 23 and the
mass ordering. |
