In the end, to achieve the feasibility of all the operations and orientations proposed in terms of
revalorizing the public place of Commander Si Houes, we propose the following approach which is
based on two parts: the first part revolves around the right management of local communities, the
second component is based on the implementation of a tourist redevelopment of the square in line
with the heritage treasure: the Ahmed Bey Palace for the benefit of city-dwellers and tourists.
In conclusion, the involvement of all the relevant actors, city managers, designers, on the one hand,
to make Commander Si’Houes' public square revaluation operations effective and successful.
On the other hand, raising the awareness of citizens who participate in the panel and who apply
complicates good governance and effective planning of the site's revaluation project. and develop a
citizen awareness and education strategy. |
