Résumé :	The work developed in this project has focused on the study, design and implementation of a system for measuring and monitoring temperature and humidity in a storage area of pharmaceuticals. Two types of sensor have been identified in our study, a smart temperature sensor DS18B20 communicates through the One Wire bus and mounted in an oscillator astable. The analysis and processing of measured values for capacitive humidity sensor is provided by a microcontroller 18F4550. The communication between the card of measure and the terminal is established using both USB and RS232.For the supervision of the variation of temperature and humidity in the storage area, we developed a graphical interface which handles the display and archiving measured values
