The pre-Islamic poetry was a fertile field and an inexhaustible source of study and research, because of the technical and aesthetic characteristics that made the scholars study its secrets based on the modern textual theories in order to renew and to revive it
The poet Al-nabigha Eddoubiani is considered as a unique sign in the pre-Islamic poetry, he left for us a poetic revolution, rich in language and in techniques, and his texts were saturated with various meanings, and exceptional esthetics significations.
The mechanism of digression in the poetry of Al-Nabigha has a prominent and important role in the completeness and maturity of his poetic texts especially the long ones. The obvious presence of this stylistic feature rises in us the strong desireto know the most important characteristics and stylistic features that characterized his disgressive scenes. Therefore, we devoted our thesis to the study the disgression in the ancient Arabic poetry in the light of modern stylistic theory, The poetic collection of the poet AlNabigha Eddouniani as an sample In order to study this topic, we distributed our research according to a systematic plan on the entrance and four chapters, with an introduction and a conclusion followed by a list of and references and a table of contents .
In the introduction We mentioned the reasons of our choice , the objectives and the methodology used in the study, with a brief outline of the research plan. At the entrance, we presented the biography the poet and his poetry. We entitled the first chapter, the regression of the pre-Islamic poetry, in which we presented the concept of digression in the old and modern scholars
and its most important subjects and types.
And in the second chapter, we stopped on the aesthetics of the narrative style in Al- Nabigha digressive scenes .
As for the third chapter, entitled intertextuality in Al- Nabigha disgressive scene, where we stood in three important tasks: the religious intertextuality , the popular intertextuality and finally the mythic one.
In the fourth and final chapter we presented the poeticity of language in Al- Nabigha discursive scene and studied the we studied the poeticity of external and internal rhythm Finally, twe ended he study with a conclusion that gathered the most important results reached in this research. Such as The the fact that the disgressive scene in Al-Nabigha poetry was characterized by condensation
and semantic richness, due to these phenomena and these stylistic features which enriched these scenes with various meanings and significations that require further readings to decrypt their codes and capture their meanings.
