What are the factors that have exacerbated the problem of the concrete failure of the teaching of the poétic text because of the learner's inability to understand and enjoy it? What are the perspectives in order to encounter this problem and to realize the objectives of the didactic of this text? The study focuses on the centrality of these two problematic questions for the approximation of the distance between (didactic poetics) - (reading text poétic- to learn how to read this text)- (The aesthetics of the reception of poetic text-Pedagogic of the reception of this text) in order to establish a didactic of poetry based on the charcteristics of péotics and the conditions and requirements of didactics. Thus, this study attempts, in the light of a vision of conscious evaluation, to formulate an integral methodological concept to deal with the problem of the reception of the poetic text in the general framework of education, and to establish at procedural level the rules of construction. methodical to read and analyze the poetic text under a strategic axis is to make-read that we consider the most representative of the pedagogical consideration of the term methodical culture, which is commonly disseminated in the pedagogic and academic discourse, while the term of doing- reading is about to be misunderstood in the educational environment.
This is based on the theoretical framework of didactics of the poetic text and the basic potential that it offers to renew and develop poetry courses in secondary education. In addition to carefully examining the extent to which academic discourse with all its pedagogical tools and the reality of didactic practice represent this pedagogical framework, which combines the data of literary criticism and pedagogy

With the evolution of human beings and the cultural boundaries vanished between the communities, the need of the translation to a solid theoretical support becomes a necessity. From here, the theory of text linguistics has emerged as an essential anchor that deals with the translation as a process and as a result. Since it involves the study of the properties of text structures, and the analysis of grammatical and structural features that define text typology, the theory of text linguistics has provided to translation a promising method based on the development of a set of decoding principles that help to understand utterances meanings. Translators have found in both, textuality standards and text typology a fictive and a practical solution to the different problems caused essentially by cultural and civilizations differences.
the importance of this theory is what attracted our attention and prompted us to select it to be the topic of this research, in an attempt to get to the answer to the fundamental question that we had asked at the beginning of this research about the extent to which the concepts of textuality standards and the notion of text typology can be helpful in the transfer of texts from one language to another, without any loss in meanings.
In this context, we have chosen Malek Haddad novel “Je t’offrirai une gazelle” in its second translation signed by Mohamed Sari, as a sample, to study the most important textual features, and to focus on how the translator dealt with them in the Arabic translation.
This research has been divided into an introduction and three chapters. The introduction was mainly allocated to the 20 century linguistic theories, starting with structuralism, which focused on the study of language and form, independently of any external stimulation, then the generative theory which was considered a coup scientifically in the field of linguistics, thanks to the deep and surface structures concept established by Chomsky, then the pragmatic theory, which focused on studying languages in use, and which was in large part based on the theory of speech acts.
The first chapter was devoted to talk about text sciences; its inception in the fifties of the last century, through Harris famous book “Analyse du discours” in 1952, followed by a series of studies made by van Dijk, De Beaugrand and Halliday, then we came to talk about its object which is the text as a natural unit through which human can communicate, and as well as its importance, especially after the experience of linguistic studies based on the sentence proved inadequate. Always and in the same chapter , we have highlighted the most important criteria set by the text scientists for good wording of texts , therefore we have chosen the seven standards of De Beaugrand ( Cohesion , Coherence, Intentionality , Intertextuality , Contextuality and acceptability ) as an example. At the end we had concluded with the most important taxonomies of text types proposed respectively by Wirlech, Hatim and Khatarina Reiss.
The second chapter began with the provision of the most important problems that the translation process knows, imposed by cultural and linguistic differences on the one hand and the nature of the languages and nature of texts on the other hand such us untranslatability, receptors rejection…etc. To be followed by a brief presentation of the main known translation theories notably the theory of texts which we are dealing with in this research.
After discussing the two chapters and after analyzing the corpus, it seems that we can now answer the problematic of the research which we presented in the introduction by confirming the importance of the role of the text linguistics in the translation process. Text linguistics is a branch pertaining with texts as communication systems, it takes its form, its setting and its communicative context into account, texts are the main object of translation. Text linguistics suggests an assisting translation method, by utilizing the textual factors, linguistics and extra linguistics, for keeping the meanings and conserving the source text linguistic and formal features.
However, the application of text linguistics in translation is sometimes quite inappropriate because it needs a deep knowledge of wording rules in both source and target language. Besides, translators cannot find equivalences readily, the can not apply the source language wording rules in the target language. For all of this, we still believe, in spite of our deep belief of the efficiency of the translation process based on text linguistics principle, that translation needs more than one theory in order to solve and face all the ideological, cultural and lingual obstacles.

The combination of modern approaches and traditional linguistic viewpoints can produce new perspectives to the analysis of Quranic discourse, to understand its meanings, purposes and translate them to other languages. Our research is titled: “Translating Speech Acts to Quranic Discourse into French, an Analytical and Comparative Study of Three Translations of Sura al-Baqara (The Cow). Regarding the practical side, we have chosen Sura al-Baqara and its three translations as a corpus because most speech acts appear more there. We have relied on three translations of the meaning of the Noble Quran into French: Boureima Abdou Daouda, Jacques Berque, and Boubakeur Hamza, which are among the most outstanding contemporary attempts which have received wide resonance, which made them approved by several Islamic bodies, they are analyzed and compared to what has been mentioned in the books of ancient and contemporary Quran commentators. We raised the following issue: Can the translator of the Quran preserve the intended meanings of speech acts when translating it into French? To answer this problem, we have presented this research in three chapters. In the first chapter, we talk about the theory of speech acts in three sections. In the first section, we deal with the concept of pragmatics, its foundations and principles, then we discuss Arab rhetoric and its relation to pragmatics. In the second section, we discuss the theory of speech acts in the Western studies of John Austin and John Searle. The third section deals with direct and indirect speech acts in Arabic studies.
The second chapter has three sections. The first section talks about the pragmatic approach in translation, then the competence and performance of speech acts, as well as the conditions for deverbalizing the meaning of these acts. Then in the second section: the translation of the Quranic discourse, we define the discourse, then we show the classification of discourse, then we talk about the translation of the religious discourse, to finally arrive at the theories of the translation of the Quranic discourse. In the third section: Speech Acts to Quranic Speech, we talk about direct and indirect speech acts through which we cite illustrative examples. As for the third chapter, which represents the practical part of this research, we devote it to the analysis of Sura al-Baqara and its three translations in the light of the theory of speech acts. In this part, we seek to apply the methodological tools that we conclude through the theoretical framework of the study of speech acts. The most important results we have achieved are: The speech act plays an
important role in determining meaning and translating it into Qur'anic discourse by showing the implicit linguistic units. Therefore, it is necessary to show the performative meaning of speech acts in interpretive translation, in order to avoid any confusion which may be wrong or wrong through literal translation. In addition, it is important to show the speaker's goals based on the words of the commentators and the opinions of the ulama due to the multiplicity of interpretations, as well as the translator's reliance on more than one interpretation. It becomes clear to us that speech acts have a direct literal force, and performative forces demanded by the context that the translator in general, and the translator of the meanings of the Koran in particular, must give them all the importance in order to faithfully transmit speech acts to the target language. The translator must master the various mechanisms and tools for analyzing speech in order to convey with precision and honesty the meaning of speech acts.Note de contenu :

We have relied on three translations of the meaning of the Noble Quran into French: Boureima Abdou Daouda, Jacques Berque, and Boubakeur Hamza, which are among the most outstanding contemporary attempts which have received wide resonance, which made them approved by several Islamic bodies, they are analyzed and compared to what has been mentioned in the books of ancient and contemporary Quran commentators. We raised the following issue: Can the translator of the Quran preserve the intended meanings of speech acts when translating it into French? To answer this problem, we have presented this research in three chapters. In the first chapter, we talk about the theory of speech acts in three sections. In the first section, we deal with the concept of pragmatics, its foundations and principles, then we discuss Arab rhetoric and its relation to pragmatics. In the second section, we discuss the theory of speech acts in the Western studies of John Austin and John Searle. The third section deals with direct and indirect speech acts in Arabic studies.
The second chapter has three sections. The first section talks about the pragmatic approach in translation, then the competence and performance of speech acts, as well as the conditions for deverbalizing the meaning of these acts. Then in the second section: the translation of the Quranic discourse, we define the discourse, then we show the classification of discourse, then we talk about the translation of the religious discourse, to finally arrive at the theories of the translation of the Quranic discourse. In the third section: Speech Acts to Quranic Speech, we talk about direct and indirect speech acts through which we cite illustrative examples. As for the third chapter, which represents the practical part of this research, we devote it to the analysis of Sura al-Baqara and its three translations in the light of the theory of speech acts. In this part, we seek to apply the methodological tools that we conclude through the theoretical framework of the study of speech acts. The most important results we have achieved are: The speech act plays an
important role in determining meaning and translating it into Qur'anic discourse by showing the implicit linguistic units. Therefore, it is necessary to show the performative meaning of speech acts in interpretive translation, in order to avoid any confusion which may be wrong or wrong through literal translation. In addition, it is important to show the speaker's goals based on the words of the commentators and the opinions of the ulama due to the multiplicity of interpretations, as well as the translator's reliance on more than one interpretation. It becomes clear to us that speech acts have a direct literal force, and performative forces demanded by the context that the translator in general, and the translator of the meanings of the Koran in particular, must give them all the importance in order to faithfully transmit speech acts to the target language. The translator must master the various mechanisms and tools for analyzing speech in order to convey with precision and honesty the meaning of speech acts.Note de contenu :

As to the representative corpus, the novel entitled as “Les Ailes Brisées” written by “Khalil Gibran” and translated by “Joël Colin” is chosen in our case to be examined, taking into account similes’ translation.
The question upon which our study is based counts for the manner in which a translation into French can transmit the lingual and rhetorical characteristics of the simile. Therefore, we will try to depict the extent to which the direct translation or the oblique one is relevant to translate similes.
While in the same vein, we will attempt to establish a correlation between the practice of translation and the theoretical aspects in order to shed light on the difficulties of translating similes.
A simile, as a rhetorical phenomenon, is considered to be the most important figure of speech in major works on rhetoric. Above all, it is used by writers to help create a vivid image in the reader’s mind.
