This topic is no longer the preserve of specialists in field of law but also studied fro several perspectives . in our topic in this section we have studied the intellectual property and literary and artistic copyright specifically from the perspective of information specialist ,unveiled information on the subject who entered to the specialty of library science obliged us giving definition to its terms , and research in its history , origins, divisions, and more in- depth problems that were raised on subject of copyright in light of recent technological developments, from encroachments one the rights of authors in a digital environment which is very sophisticated gate is wide web and its different windows are the various digital information support .Finally ,we have investigated the procedures and reactions of Algerian legislature on this subject at the international and national levels , and we found that he is processing events despite the slow procedures and show consciousness to join the many international conventions which are very important in the field of intellectual property , and the adoption of its ideas and principles , especially the collective management of copyright. But internally ,it was issuing many of the laws that protect copyrights and updating at a time , and
