العقد الجدريةIndex. décimale : 570 بيولوجيا Résumé : The objective of the research is to evaluate the interactive effects of salinity and potassium on some physiomorphologique traits. The experiment was conducted during the development of pea seedlings (Pisum sativum L.)
var: merveille de kelvedon, the test was conducted in a randomized complete block (split plot) with three levels of NaCl (S0: 0, S1: 50, S2: 150) mMol, and two levels of potassium salt : potassium nitrate (KNO3) (N1: 20, N2: 40) mMol, and potassium acetate (CH3COOK) (A1: 20, A2: 40) mMol with four replicates grown in pots under controlled conditions, the work was executed on 48 expérimentales units.
The results are shown that treatment salts decreased significantly pigment chlorophyll (chla, Chlb, Chla+b), leaf area (Sf), the number of nodules (Nd), root length and stem (Lt, Lr) and the dry weight of shoots and roots (PSf, PSr) with increasing levels of salinity, the content of potassium (K+) and the selectivity coefficient (K+ / Na+) of leaves and roots, and the content of total nitrogen (NT) in the leaves is reduced with a high salinity concentration compared to the control , whereas the content of proline (Pro) and glucose (Glu) in the leaves and the content of sodium (Na+) in the leaves and roots have been accumulated
considerably when salinity levels are increased.
The application of the two potassium salts in the soil potassium nitrate (KNO3) or potassium acetate (CH3COOK)) is removed deleterious effects of salinity. In comparing these two potassium salts we result, the level of potassium acétate (CH3COOK) (A2) increased the number of nodules (Nd), total nitrogen (NT) in the leaves and the potassium content (K+) in the shoots and roots , but potassium nitrate (KNO3) (N2) decreased the number of nodules (Nd)

Soil salinity or irrigation water is a constant threat to the survival of garden crops in general and to sweet peppers in particular. Then the selection of adaptive or salinity tolerant types is the best solution to this problem. The aim of this study is to know the mechanisms of adaptation and sensitivity to salinity during the germination phase, seedling growth and flowering stage. Two sweet pepper varieties of Capsicum annuum L. (Super marconi and Marconi) were treated with three different saline concentrations (25-50-150 mmol / l) NaCl, in addition to the control (0 mM / L). was repeated four times and so the experiment contained 32 experimental units The total chlorophyll content of chl (T) in the seedling growth stage outweighs the effect of the specific action of saline treatments on the T, L, EP, IP, LPI, SF, NF, REG plant. TG) were affected by the decline in physiological indicators (PS, PF, TER, IS) (K), chl (b), chl (T) and carotenoids (car).) In response to salinity, there was an increasing in the content of amylase (Pro), Pro (R), Polysaccharides and Suc (F), Suc (R) to avoid high cytotoxicity and Na + toxicity. Salinity also affected the anatomical structure of the stems and roots of both cultivars during both phases of seedling growth and stage of flowering. Where have led to increased skin cells and deformation of some mostly in high concentrations of salt cells (50 and 150 mM / l), a shortage of the crust layer and decreased thickness of the vascular cylinder by increasing saline concentrations. The present work aims to study the effect of salinity on the micropropagation and callogenesis of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) in vitro and to compare the Physio-morphological and biochemical behavior of four varieties (Bartina, Spunta, Desiree, Timate). In this context a factorial experiment was conducted in a completely randomized block device (Latin square) with four concentrations of NaCl (CO: 0, C1: 25, C2: 50, C3: 150) male and four repetitions the work was performed on 64 experimental units in an MS environment and controlled conditions The physio-morphological and biochemical observations during the micropropagation show that the salt concentrations cause a progressive decrease in the length of the stems (LT) and the roots (LR), the number of leaves (NF) and roots
(NR) followed by a significant reduction of the fresh and dry weight of leaves and roots (PFf, PSf, PFr, PSr) for all the varieties studied. Chlorophyll (a, b) and potassium (K+) values in the leaves and roots are reduced under high concentrations of NaCl (150mMol) in the Désirée variety with an accumulation of sodium (Na+) in the leaves and roots and a rise in sugar level in the leaves (Suc). The group separation index from the analysis of variance indicates that specific behaviors between the two varieties Bartina and Désirée that seem more tolerant against the two other varieties Spunta and Timate present a strategy sensitive to salt stress . The results of the study on callogenesis capacities and the regeneration power under salt stress in vitro indicate that the four varieties showed clearly differentiated behavior. The sensitivity index (Is) confirms the sensation of the two varieties Spunta and Timate. comparing to the variety Bartina and Désirée which have a high rate of fresh and dry weight and a rate of increase of callus induction (cal%) with a high capacity of retentions of water (Ws) this tolerance under saline conditions is related to a proliferation of callus (CMR) . The results obtained suggest the possibility of using the in vitro technique for varietal selection under abiotic stress..
