Biologie Résumé : The Forensic entomology is the science that applies the knowledge of insects (and other arthropods) for civil and criminal proceedings. In this context, we thought interesting to bring new information about the fauna of Diptera associated with cadaverous decomposition in Algeria, at this moment unknown. Our goal is to obtain data that could be used for the forensics services involved in this case such as scientific police.
During our period of study we conducted a series of experiments on the dead animals (dogs and rabbits), the faunistic inventory of species of necrophagous Diptera harvested leads to the census of 18 species belonging to 5 families. The family of Calliphoridae is by far the better represented particularly with the Species; Calliphora vicina , Lucilia sericata, Lucilia illustris and Calliphora vomitoria . These species provide tools that contribute to the definition of the time elapsed since the death or the post-mortem interval (PMI), which is extremely valuable in criminal investigations.
To examine the relationship between the faunal structure of the necrophagous Diptera and the various stages of cadaverous decomposition, ecological indicators of structures and compositions and a statistical study consisted of an analysis of variance and hierarchical analysis were used.

Biologie Résumé : With an aim of improving our knowledge on the biodiversity of the phlebotomine sandflies and of culicidae, we carried out a series of sampling, in various biotopes and larval lodgings in the area of Skikda. Different technicals were employed: luminous traps adhesive and traps for the capture of the phlebotomine sandfies, the method of «Dipping" blow of ladle for the taking away of the culicidae. During one period of study going May until May at September 2005, the faunistic inventory of the species of phlebotomine sandfies and their distribution at various altitudes in 8 sites of trappings led to the census of 5 species appears on the level of 2 kinds Phlebotomus and Sergentomyia this last primarily represented by the species Sergentomyia minuta which dominates very largely in the whole of the captures. In parallel we have constitutes, laying one 10 months period (December 2004 to September 2005), an inventory of Culicidae fauna in 10 larval lodgings distributed between three stations, which is completed by the determination of 30 species of Culicidae pertaining to 4 kinds, Culex, Aedes, Anopheles and Culiseta. The Culex kind is represented best by far particularly with the species Culex pipiens, it is followed Aedes kind that the presence is in relation to the type of prospected lodging. In order to examine the relationship between the structure of the biotopes and the larval lodgings and the organization of the studied populations, several ecological in dications of structures and compositions as well as a statistical survey composed of an analysis of the variance and an analysis in main components have been used.
