Biologie Résumé :
In our study we focused our work on the treatment of food waste by vermicomposting in the presence of Eisenia fetida. Furthermore, we have used 4 types of beddings for earthworms: dead chestnut leaves, vermiculite, soil, and commercial vermicompost. During this experiment we followed changes of catabolic capacity (biolog ecoplate) and biomass (SIR) of microflora we have also made the counting of the number of individuals of Eisenia fetida, from different stages of maturation. We found that the Eisenia fetida decreases strongly the substrate induced respiration (SIR) in all types of vermibeds used, moreover the biolog ecoplate showed an increase of substrates utilization patterns , accept in amino acids and amines utilization in treatment which we used vermiculite, the growth and fecundity of earthworms were higher in microcosms with vermiculite and vermicompost. Samples were taken for chemical analysis of total carbon, total nitrogen, ammonium, nitrate, and dissolved organic carbon contents. The results during 100 days of vermicomposting showed an increase of, ammonium, nitrate, and dissolved organic carbon contents, a depletion of total carbon and an increase of total nitrogen. The effect of earthworms on nutrients was significant in some reactors and not significant in others, which implies the effect of vermibed used on the process of decomposition by earthworms

Biologie Résumé : A biostimulation study of cultivated soils was conducted for 4 years (2014 to 2017) to determine the agricultural value of green waste Rameal Fragmented Wood (BRF), Manure and land application of anecic earthworms (Octodrilus complanatus). The results show that, the soil chosen belongs to the sandy loam class, the soil temperature varies from one environment to another, from one season to another and from one year to the next. Soil moisture changes from one environment to another, and varies from season to season and
from year to year. The pH varies according to the medium, between seasons and years, at the beginning of the experiment, the pH is on average alkaline [7.63 ± 0.06], then at the end of the experiment it becomes on average little alkaline [7, 43 ± 0.03]. The electrical conductivity (μS / cm) changes from one medium to another, from one year to the next. However, the intake of BRF and manure did not affect the EC class (μS / cm) of the soil; it remained in Class I (unsalted). The soil studied is rich in limestone, the BRF intake of Nectarine and cattle manure did not affect the% CaCO3 and the soil analyzed remained in the highly calcareous
class. It should be noted that the porosity (%) of the soil studied goes from the very poor
class (34.0%) to the middle class (43.1%) at the end of the study. The average soil% C at the end of
the process (1.96% C) is slightly higher compared to the beginning of the experiment (1.84% C). There was an enrichment of organic carbon and M.O. after addition of BRF of nectarine and cattle manure. For, the% Nt at the end of the experiment increased significantly by 12% compared to the beginning of the test. For the biotic compartment, we noted an increase in the density of microscopic fungi, microarthropods (collembolans and mites) in the amended plots compared to the control. In addition, the index of soil biological quality (QBS) is multiplied by 2 compared to the control in the different plots studied. In addition, the addition of BRF
Nectarine and cattle manure, promotes the growth and development of O. complanatus. Also, the BRF of nectarine (Prunus persica var nucipersica) and cattle manure significantly boosts the productivity (g / m²) of durum wheat (Tritucum durum) of the Hedba 3 variety. (g / m²) increased by 282% and 275%, respectively, compared with the control. However, the presence of earthworms with BRF and manure (BRFFV) favors more the production of fresh aerial biomass (pFa (g / m²), This study on the contribution of Fragmented Ramial Wood (BRF) is very interesting futuristic for the in fact, it has shown that the BRF is an energy input for the species Octodrilus complanatus.Note de contenu : Annexes. Biologie Résumé : The management of household waste is one of the major environmental problem and topicality. In Algeria, the olive oil industry produces mainly olive oil and therefore large quantities of waste(olive pomace, margins) harmful to the environment.Although their chemical composition is very rich in organic matter, This waste is untapped and not recovered. As a result, their valuation is necessary. The present work consists on the one hand to valorize the household waste and the olive residue and on the other hand to study the influence of the addition of this latter on the gas production and the properties of the composts obtained by anaerobic fermentation. The results obtained have shown that: 1 / The gaseous productivity of the anaerobic degradation of organic waste depends essentially on the nature of the substrate to be fermented; thus, the addition of the olive pomace to the substrate makes it possible to increase the gaseous productivity. In addition, we previously noted a weekly average of biogas (cm3) produced in HWD (Household Waste Digester) and HWOD (Household Waste Digester and Olive Oil) respectively of [523,8±33,7] et [939,1±59,4] cm 3the difference is very significant. In addition, in the cold period and for the same substrate, the gas production decreases and beco mes slower than in the hot period. Indeed, our study revealed a weekly average of biogas recovered from [177,7±15,6] et [385,4±33] cm 3 respectively in HWD and HWOD in cold period. 2 / The HWD and HWOD composts obtained from the anaerobic degradation are considered as mature, Indeed, the pH (7,9), the %H (56,5 and 40,0 %H), the %MS (43,53 and 60.19 %MS), %Nt (1.8 and 1.4 %Nt) respectively for HWD HWOD, have physicochemical characteristics similar to compost obtained by composting, so the addition of olive grignions does not seem to influence these characteristics. On the other hand, they have relatively high contents in TOC% (11.4 and 33.3%), MO% (19.68 and 57.42%) and HWOD has a C / N ratio 3 times higher than HWD (23.30 and 6.80). thus, the olive pomace contributes to increase the organic carbon content and the organic matter and thus promotes a better maturation (C / N) and produces a compost of quality. 3 / The study of the physicochemical parameters of HWD and HWOD leachates obtained pH (6.05, 6.25), Ce (639 and 715μS / cm) and P (1.65 and 5.3 mg P / L) for respectively HWD and HWOD, are in the norms of the minimum criteria of quality of the leachates. Thus, the addition of olive pomace to domestic waste to ferment, would promote the increase of the mineral content in HWOD leachate. However, a reduction treatment of total nitrogen concentration (180.8 and 207.0 mgN / L) is necessary before their release into the wild.
