So in ordre to protect and préserve it, the legislator has definded the sale of the system with a special and integrated legal system, both in terms of the provisions related to it or the administrative appartus that ensures its management or the judicial authorities competent to hear disputes related to it, and this is what we have addressed through this thesis.
