Résumé :	The objective of this research is to investigate and identify the implication of New Europe i.e. Eastern Europe in the rise of European Anti-Americanism after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Anti-Americanism is defined as a total opposition to any aspects related to America; this definition is treated in this research work in which term Anti-Americanism is explored. The relationship of the emerging New Europe with the major causes of AntiAmericanism is analyzed in order to deduce whether there is any kind of connection between these two or not. The comparative analysis is used to answer the research.
