This dominance led the emergence of aristocratic class through owning lands and boroughs. Those crises obliged the government to pass the Great Britain Act. The French Revolution and the growth of radical ideas attributed in the foundation of societies that claimed for political rights. In addition to the crucial role played by Earl Grey as a prime minister in the house of Commons and the Whig party. But this act did not concern all the classes.
