The purpose of our research is to study and to demonstrate the conflict between the social classes in the singular and unique’s Emily Bronte novel Wuthering Heights. The novel considers as one of the extraordinary literary works in the Victorian era. Emily Bronte attempts to direct attention to the struggle of social classes in the English society during the Industrial Revolution, which was showing through both families; the Earnshaws and the Lintons with Heathcliff. Emily Bronte portrays in the novel the capability of an individual to confront the tyrannical view of the society‘s members and obliged them to surrender to his possession, Through his radical changing. In this respect the aim of this research is to offer the reader a general idea about classism in the Victorian society, through the novel of Emily Bronte |
