This study is conducted to describe the influence of listening to English songs on
improving speaking skills and if the university students’ need to listen to songs in order
to gain more new words and re-use them in other context ; For this, it is hypothesized
that if the students of English listen to the songs they will develop their speaking skills
well. A questionnaire was designed to evaluate a sample of ten teachers at University of
Constantine I. The obtained findings have confirmed the hypothesis and show that the
university students need to listen to songs to improve their level in speaking. |
